The waiting list is our ongoing list of people who are interested in Realife, but not ready to join the cooperative due to availability or choice. The waiting list is for either specific units or general occupancy. Those on the waiting list will be contacted in order once a new unit is available for purchase.

We do require a $200 check made out to Realife Cooperative of St. Peter to join the waiting list. The check will not be used unless you eventually purchase a unit, at which point it will apply toward the closing costs. If you withdraw from the waiting list, the check will be returned.

To join the waiting list, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page or download the PDF form below.

2. Mail a $200 check to Realife Cooperative of St. Peter. [The check will not be used unless you eventually purchase a unit, at which point it will apply toward your closing costs.]

3. Wait to be contacted with the next available unit!
